Instead of oppressing European values and stereotypes, Nafasi commits itself to listen and acknowledge culture, beliefs and educational ideas of the country. We want to give people the possibility to help themselves. By providing materials and creating learning spaces, we are helping young students unleash their talents. We see education as the highest asset of all. True progress can only blossom out of knowledge. By improving the schools'quality and providing an adequate education, we believe we are giving the children the possibility to take their lives in their own hands. Thus, education should be a right not a privilege. Everyone of Nafasi's members works completely for free. The Nafasi-project is an expression of our motivation and commitment to give hope and bring about change. We conceive our mission as possible and important and are, therefore, willing to sacrifice our time, knowledge and skills for it. |
